The Flying Tigers were a mix of volunteer American pilots from Army Air Corps (USAAC), Navy (USN), and Marine Corps (USMC), recruited under President Franklin Roosevelt's authority before Pearl Harbor. They flew Chinese planes based out of Burma fought back against the Japanese during the great war. They were basically bounty hunters paid for the number of Japanese planes they took down. The old Burmese flag is shown on the back.
