    New products, from the brands we stock will ship from various locations around the world depending on their location. We have worked out appropriate shipping options with each brand. You will always have a fully trackable service to choose from.

    Shipping charges are automatically calculated when selecting the country of delivery on the checkout page.

    We process orders between 1 and 3 business days. More often in 1 than 3.

    If you need an order expedited and are cool with the corresponding courier fees please send us a note with your location and we will arrange it.

    We do our best to provide flat-rate standard shipping with tracking on most items. On items that exceed typical weights and dimensions, shipping rates will be calculated by weight and dimension.

  • We pack all of our orders using recyclable or compostable shipping materials. However, in some cases, the tape may not be. Please remove it from the box or packing sleeve before composting or recycling.

  • Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside of Canada. Any duties, VAT, or other taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery.

    Please note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.

    Extraneous shipping costs, taxes, or customs fees due after an order is placed, are not our responsibility and must be paid by the customer.

  • We’re happy to offer you some peace of mind while shopping with us. If you feel your piece just isn’t what you need in your life you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt. However, if you have any questions at all please take your time and ask as many as possible in advance. We should do our best to avoid such an unfortunate instance.

    The item must be shipped back to us in its original condition. The return shipping fee is not covered by us. Always remember to contact us before you return or exchange an item. Please also notify us when you have mailed the return, along with the tracking number.

    Parcels are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us and a refund or credit note will not be issued until we have received the goods. We recommend that you send your returns using a tracked service and that you retain the proof of postage. For international returns, clearly label your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid further handling and customs fees. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer.

    Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel is destined. We will not be liable for any breach made by you of any such laws.

    Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order. It can take up to 10 working days to receive the funds in your account.

  • We also offer an exchange policy that allows customers to return an item purchased in our online store to us within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a credit note. Please note this will only cover the cost of the item and not shipping fees or duty and taxes where we shipped internationally.

    Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.
